Our story
Perfume that smells like where we’re from.
It started with the first rain
Our founder kept a notebook of smells: red earth after the long rains, Kericho tea at dawn, cardamom drifting through Lamu doorways. Most perfumes in Nairobi shops smelled like somewhere else. We wanted ones that smelled like home.
Composed in Westlands, by hand
Every formula is built and aged in our small studio above The Mall. We blend in batches of a few hundred bottles so each one is fresh, and we test every scent in Nairobi heat and on Nairobi skin before it reaches you.
Kenyan ingredients, where they shine
Where it makes sense, we work with Kenyan growers: AA coffee from Nyeri, wild honey from Baringo, black tea from the highlands. The rest come from trusted perfumery houses, chosen for quality, not price.
